Job Description
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
- Provides accurate and relevant information and services to the guests and delivers it to them in the most meaningful way
- Up-sells the Hotel to guests whenever the opportunity arises
- Responsible for all Food & Beverage inventory, including supplies at Premier Club, including mis-en-plus of stocked items
