Job Description :
As a Customer Service Representative (Financial Account), you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions to assist clients with their financial service needs. You’ll provide accurate information, resolve account-related concerns, and ensure an excellent customer experience while adhering to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications :
- High School Graduate
- With at least 2 years of BPO experience
- Senior High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects. No work experience required
