Lead Game Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We're looking for a Level Designer! As the Level Designer, you will design and revise levels for multiple games. As a team member you will provide constructive feedback for other designers to improve level quality. You will also brainstorm new features and revisions to the current gameplay mechanics. Additionally, you will play similar titles, to study the market, and provide feedback to improve game quality.

• A PERFECTIONIST : You are very attentive to detail and always strive to do more than the bare minimum.
• A TEAM PLAYER : You collaborate with team members to ensure not only the team achieve their goals, but the project always has the best design implemented. You are comfortable with participating in design brainstorms and reviews and accepting feedback and direction in any project.
• A F2P MASTER : You understand the casual and f2p market. You spend a lot of time not only playing the games you are creating, but also looking at other titles to keep track of what’s trending in the mobile space.
• A GAMER : You love video games, in fact, that’s the whole reason why you’re applying! You want to be part of a game development team, get your hands dirty and release great, innovative games that everyone loves!
