You will be joining a detail-oriented team that will handle material and labour takeoffs, quote preparation, and basic tender submissions. You will play a key role in helping them win more work and stay ahead of their project pipeline, all from the comfort of your own location.

What you'll be working on :

• Prepare accurate material and labour takeoffs from construction drawings (mainly timber frames, cladding, fixouts, etc.)
• Develop and submit estimates using our internal templates
• Assist with BOQs, RFQs, RFI, and tender documentation
• Liaise with suppliers for updated pricing as neededWork with our team to refine pricing strategies
• Maintain version control and estimate logs
• Be confident with Ground Plan & Ascora, and be able to provide take-offs on time
• Be available on video (Zoom) during work hours to facilitate in-office collaborations. (Mon- Fri) 9 am to 3 pm (AU time).
