Overview

Our clinic is looking for IM-Cardiologist to be assigned here in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

Updated and Valid PRC ID
Updated and VAlid PhilHealth ID
Updated CV / Resume
Tertiary, Postgraduate Certificate, and / or Specialty Board Certification (If applicable with Subspecialty Certificate)
Diplomate or Fellow
Certificate of postgraduate trainings for 3 years, if possible.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certificate
BIR 2303 (Certificate of Registration)
Sworn Declaration if applicable (Please provide 2 hard copies with notarized / stamp from BIR)
Professional Tax Receipt (Copy) Copy of Official Receipt (OR) or Service Invoice (SI)

Main Duties

The role will include Risk Stratification Assessment and CP clearance for the Endoscopy and LASIK / Cataract patients for Shinagawa.

The role shall also take readings and evaluations of images such as ECG, 2D, and Treadmill Stress Test and provide a recommendation to the patients.

Pre and Post Consultations.
