At Med Supply US , we specialize in providing Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and other medical equipment to patients living with chronic conditions like diabetes. But we don’t just deliver products — we make lives easier. That’s where you come in.

What You'll Actually Be Doing :

• You'll be building real relationships with doctors’ offices — calling, following up, coordinating documentation — all so that patients can get their medical supplies without the red tape .
• You’ll review patient records, prescriptions, and chart notes to ensure everything is in place for insurance approval and timely delivery.
• You’ll be the link between the patient, the provider, and our internal team — making the process smoother for everyone involved.
• And you’ll do all of this while keeping things organized, professional, and compliant.
