Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Data Architecture Head .

In this role, you will lead the strategic development and governance of enterprise data architecture, driving the banks transformation into a data-driven organization that enables secure, interoperable, and analytics-ready data for innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.

What the role will entail

• Define and lead the enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmap to support digital transformation, analytics, and regulatory compliance
• Design scalable data platforms, pipelines, and integration frameworks across cloud and on-prem environments
• Implement governance frameworks and ensure alignment with BSP regulations, data privacy laws, and global reporting requirements
• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and IT teams to enable data-driven initiatives such as Open Finance and omnichannel customer experiences
• Lead and develop a high-performing data architecture team, promoting best practices and delivery excellence
• Evaluate emerging data technologies and drive innovation through POCs and strategic platform enhancements
