Job Location :

Marikina City but will be relocating to Eastwood by Q4 of 2025.

Work Schedule :

Full-time, Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Head to join our growing team at MR DIY Philippines.  The IT Head is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and  maintenance of all information technology systems and infrastructure within the organization. This role  ensures that IT operations support business goals, drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and maintain  high standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning and Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization's T strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead the IT department, manage IT budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify opportunities for the use of new technologies to Improve business processes and services.

2. Infrastructure and Operations Management

3. Cybersecurity and Risk Management

Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and implement measures to protect company data and networks.

4. Project Management

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management

6. Team Development and Leadership
