Technical Product Owner

RCG IT Philippines is in need of TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNERS to be part of our growing team. We are looking for highly-skilled individuals who are amenable to work on night shift and Temporary Work From Home, Hybrid or RTO set-up. Our offices in the Philippines are located in Makati City and Mandaluyong City.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in Business Analysis
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to lead multiple Scrum teams in terms of business and product requirements
• Has advanced SQL database management and maintenance skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Visio
• Strong experience in user testing and project management

Other Qualifications (nice-to-have/advantage):

• Safe Agile experience
• Salesforce Certifications or satisfactory experience a plus
• Card payment experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements in a lucid manner and communicate effectively
• Lead Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with cross-functional teams
• Use strong analytical skills that help identify gaps and inconsistencies in requirements, etc.
• Create page layouts, field validation, permission sets, etc.
• Work in Agile projects
• Work with sprints, manage multiple tasks, and manage backlog items.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels
• Create direct channels of communication to Software and Application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
• Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
• Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
