As a Territory Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent sales results. You will be the face of our brand in your assigned territory, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs while ensuring effective coverage and efficient route planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by closing deals to meet monthly and annual volume targets.
- Develop and implement route plans that balance excellent account management with cost-efficiency in routing and calls.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, accounts, and key agencies within the assigned area.
- Conduct technical and demo selling to present product value effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to gain market advantage.
- Provide regular sales updates, reports, and market intelligence to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience .At least 2 years of experience in field routing and route planning .Must be a resident of the city of assignment (Calapan, Mindoro / Baguio / Tuguegarao) and familiar with the provincial market.Previous experience in construction materials, FMCG, retail, or general trade industries is preferred.Must own a motorcycle or car with a valid driver’s license (for territory coverage).Benefits
