Hire Digital is seeking an experienced  Account Manager (Full-time, Remote)  with a strong background in digital marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept in performance marketing and social media marketing, and possess a keen understanding of client needs and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business objectives and marketing needs. Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals. Create and oversee social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness, utilizing analytics to refine strategies. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement. Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client expectations. Oversee client budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in account management or a similar role within digital marketing. Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media platforms, and digital advertising strategies. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
