Job description

Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing of our renal care business. Ensures Payroll and Timekeeping standards comply with company policies and / or regulations and legislation.

Key Functions :

  • Accurate processing and on-time credit of payroll. Ensures proper documentation of all payroll-related payments.
  • Prepares the monthly Headcount Report for AP submission.
  • Coordinates with Accounting to ensure proper recording of payroll disbursements and statutory requirements.
  • Monitors tax annualization for an accurate tax deduction and remittance.
  • Prepares and reconciles the annual BIR Alphalist for compensation tax.
  • Manages the release of the annual BIR 2316 to employees and submission of the DVD copy as prescribed by Revenue Regulation 1-2014.
  • Preparation of The Quarterly Survey of the Philippine Business Industry as a requirement of DOLE.
  • Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of the HR Group's objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by immediate superior and HR Head.
  • Processing payroll activities and reports - time and attendance, government remittances, deductions, final pay, and tax annualization preparation of monthly and ad-hoc payroll reports responding to payroll inquiries and concerns
  • Perform other duties, and additional projects related to time, attendance, and payroll as assigned

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • At least 5 years experience in high volume end-to-end payroll, time and attendance, government-mandated benefits, and deductions
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • With working experience in automated Payroll SystemWith initiatives, highly organized
  • With strong attention to detail team player with a continuous improvement attitude
