Team Member (Kenny Rogers Bacao)

The Team Member is responsible in performing tasks specific to the assigned station in accordance with company standard operating procedures.

STORE PERFORMANCE

• Ensure a flawless service to the highest standards and as required by the company.
• Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to all guests at all times.
• Ensure customer's satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and responds to customers' needs in a timely and professional manner
• Monitors, controls, receive, and issues and order stocks using the stock cards to prevent stock out.
• Prepares stock orders to maintain daily-required inventory.
• Prepares daily ending inventory.
• Prepares variance analysis of accountable items.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• Dress appropriately and always follow the company’s dress code standard.
• Ensure cleanliness of the assigned store all the time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
