We're Hiring : Sales Team Lead (Onsite, Night Shift BGC, Taguig)

Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams? We're looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing company in BGC, Taguig !

Location : Onsite BGC, Taguig

Shift Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday | 11 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 AM

Work Type : Full-time, Night Shift

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of Pure Sales Representatives
Perform outbound B2B sales activities and support the team in achieving sales targets
Actively participate in business development and client outreach
Continue taking outbound calls to engage with potential clients
Ensure clear, professional communication with American clients

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of B2B Sales experience

Proven experience in leading a team of Sales Representatives

Strong business development skills

Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent

Willingness to lead by example and be hands-on with outbound sales calls
