Our Law Firm is looking for a litigation or corporate lawyer with about 3-5 years experience.

Our offices are in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law practice, preferably in a law firm setting
• Strong background in contract drafting and review, corporate housekeeping, regulatory compliance, and due diligence
• Familiarity with SEC, BSP, and other government regulatory processes
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative and dynamic team
