MARKETING ASSISTANT - CAINTA RIZALFRESH GRADUATES MAY APPLYSALARY : 16KMON-FRIDAY WORKReports ToThe Marketing Assistant will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations,General Manager, and Sales Manager.Duties & Responsibilities Manages and updates social media profiles, schedule posts, and engagementwith the online community to enhance brand presence. Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts andscheduled advertisements. Addresses online enquiries from possible clients from all social media platforms,groups, and pages as well as answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners,and suppliers. Assists in reporting / reminding current statuses starting from inquiring to closingof sale Assists in scheduling of bookings, other logistic expenses (Food,accommodations, mode of transportation), and payments for Marketing events. Assists the Sales and Marketing Department as they see fit under this scope ofworksQualifications Graduate of BSBA – Marketing Management or any Business-related courses. Knowledge and experience with photo and editing skills is a plus Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service. Is able to handle working under pressure and deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision Amenable to work in Cainta Rizal
