As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the company’s daily incoming sales order and customer service processes. Your key role is to provide exceptional service and be our sales advocate by providing the best possible solutions for each customer concerns.To be our sales and customer service champion, you should be dynamic and results-driven, and possesses an approachable, convincing, and assertive attitude while providing an engaging tone in every transaction handled.ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Help customers in placing orders through sales channels.
- Generate sales by conducting and initiating communications with existing, new, and potential clients via phone, chat and or email.
- Report daily productivity report to immediate supervisor.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Minimum of 1-year Inbound customer support and sales experience in a BPO setting
- Chat support experience is a plus
- Experience in handling accounts like US TEx, ecommerce and US Retail is an advantage
- With excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work onsite (Makati)
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays, or weekends. EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- College level preferred
- Must be computer savvy
- With good knowledge on customer-handling and after sales service managementNote : Candidates must be within 1 hour away from the site (Paseo De Roxas, Makati)Has both sales (product upselling) and customer service experienceInteractive, has excellent conversational English skills (sounds natural, no accent, sounds confident)No gaps in employment, especially on the latter part (example - if last BPO job was 2 years ago, that's a no go)
