Accounting Senior Supervisor - 3 yrs Experience

TL AISA : Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting roles.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with audit processes and financial reporting.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities and staff.

Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies.

Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable functions.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
