Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review internal financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee daily accounting transactions, ensuring accurate classification and
entry.
Develop and implement best practices for reconciliations, expense tracking, anddocumentation.
Manage and maintain the fixed asset register, depreciation schedules, andasset tagging.
Handle tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax filings, and local statutoryrequirements.
Support cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and coordination withtreasury on funding needs.
Evaluate and enhance existing accounting procedures and internal controlsystems.
Lead accounting system configuration and provide software support within theteam (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
Supervise junior accountants and assistants, ensuring high-quality outputs andworkflow efficiency.
Resolve complex accounting issues such as intercompany transactions,accruals, and adjustments.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate orenterprise setting.
Strong understanding of local tax laws, audits, and statutory compliancerequirements.
Hands-on experience with enterprise accountingsystems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to managemultiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
