We are looking for a dependable and hands-on IT Administrator to oversee all aspects of IT operations within the company. The candidate shall be responsible at a macro scope - from end-user support and Google Workspace management to basic network troubleshooting and enforcement of IT policy. This role requires someone who
enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy, and takes pride in keeping systems organized, secure, and efficient.
The role seeks someone with broad technical competence, solid organizational habits, and eager to focus on the administrative aspects of IT, ranging from fixing a printer, enforcing data structure across the company, to engineering support for PACS / RIS integrations.
As part of an established medical equipment company representing leading global brands in the Philippines, this is a great opportunity to develop your career in the niche healthcare segment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-User Support (Tier 1–2)
This calls for being “go-to” tech support for the team, handling everything from laptop issues and Wi-Fi glitches to printer mishaps and login resets. Responsiveness and patience are key, as is the ability to juggle simple tickets with the occasional urgent escalation.
Provide timely tech support to all HQ staff — laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, email, and software troubleshooting
Set up new users, install necessary software, and configure devices
Resolve hardware, OS, or connectivity issues in person or remotely
2. Google Workspace & Shared Drive Management
You’ll take ownership of our Google Workspace — user accounts, email aliases, Groups, and Shared Drives. A big part of your role will be reorganizing and enforcing structure in our cloud file storage for clarity, secure, and easy to navigate for everyone.
Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Groups, Calendar, etc.)
Restructure and organize Shared Drives with standardized folders and permissions
Clean up legacy folders, enforce naming conventions, and prevent duplication
Manage access rights to ensure proper data security and sharing protocols
3. Network & Infrastructure Oversight
The candidate shall have general knowledge of network and infrastructure principles, being confident in managing basic IT infrastructure and network troubleshooting — including internet issues, routers, switches, and basic connectivity between devices.
Monitor and troubleshoot LAN / Wi-Fi issues, IP conflicts, and printer / network device connections
Coordinate with vendors for internet, firewall, and managed IT services
Oversee hardware like routers, switches, IP phones, and cabling setups
Document basic network topology and device assignments
4. IT Policy Enforcement & Security
You will enforce basic IT hygiene and make sure people follow sensible practices with data, passwords, device use, and access rights. You’ll also help protect the company’s digital environment through simple, sustainable IT policies.
Implement and uphold internal IT policies and best practices
Manage user access to systems and data based on role / responsibility
Educate staff on good security hygiene and safe practices (e.g., phishing, strong passwords)
Ensure devices and systems meet internal data security requirements
5. Asset & Inventory Management
This role involves keeping track of all IT-related hardware and software across the company. You’ll ensure everything is accounted for, up to date, and that replacements / upgrades are done in a timely, budget-conscious way.
Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and licenses
Track software installations, expirations, and compliance
Coordinate replacements for aging devices and propose upgrade schedules
Support documentation for procurement and hardware servicing
6. Cross-Team Support (PACS / IT Engineering / Sales)
You’ll occasionally assist our PACS / RIS engineer or other technical staff in the field. This might involve simple support tasks, VPN setups, or helping remote users connect securely to internal systems.
Provide support to clinical / engineering teams for IT-related tasks
Assist in remote access setups, VPNs, and remote troubleshooting
Help coordinate IT hardware deployment for field or offsite staff
Support pre-sales or demo environments when needed
