We’re looking for an experienced IT Voice Administrator Manager to lead and oversee enterprise voice communication systems. You’ll manage Genesys PureCloud solutions, ensure seamless telephony operations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable voice services.
Location : Quezon City (Onsite)
Schedule : Night Shift / Shifting (7PM–9PM start)
Level : Managerial
Salary Range : P80,000 – P110,000
What You’ll Do :
Manage and maintain Genesys PureCloud solutions (day-to-day support, migration, implementation)
Oversee VoIP / telephony systems (Cisco IPT, SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, Jabber, Avaya Recording)
Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and ensure optimal platform performance
Configure call flows, SIP trunking, dial plans, and call monitoring systems
Lead documentation, knowledge base, and stakeholder communication
Supervise and coordinate team activities for successful project delivery
