JOB SUMMARY The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. The Account Manager liaises between clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate and manage client projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all client requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in order to provide strategic guidance to clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Open to any 4-yr course graduates with confidence, desire, and enthusiasm to pursue a career in Sales.With 5 years proven experience in Sales, Account Management or similar role is an advantage..With strong background and familiarity with IT-related products and services and the ability to understand complex IT solutions and services.Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects and clients.Can excellently communicate and express in written and oral.Good interpersonal skills, negotiation, and problem-solving are a plus.Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications.
