What We’re Looking For :

Fluent in Mandarin & English (oral & written)

No CCE required, but BPO / financial service experience is an advantage

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient with CRM tools & MS Office

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure
