As a leading language training center, LearningLitz, Inc., offers a comprehensive selection of language and culture courses for adults, children, teenagers, and businesses.
The Customer Care Officer (CCO) assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations. The CCO plays a crucial role in fostering loyalty and retention among our customer base. The CCO handles the day-to-day operations of the Language Center and performs marketing and administrative functions. Other key responsibilities include supporting digital marketing activities, and sales retention and acquisition functions.
