Description:
· Bachelor's Degree or Technical/Vocational background in Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
· With at least 3-5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance supervision.
· Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance systems.
· Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
· Proficient in using maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate daily repair and maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
· Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure prompt corrective actions.
· Monitor Maintenance schedules, work orders, and job completion reports.
· Supervise maintenance works comply with safety regulations and company standards.
· Recommend cost-effective solutions and system improvements for building operations.
· Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools and spare parts.
· Prepare reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and budget utilization.
