Responsibility : 1. Provide technical support. Feedback promptly to customers; coordinate internal and external resources; keep a long-lasting follow-up for customers. Troubleshoot online and onsite. 2. Promote products positively. To assist sales strategy by introducing the products and solutions to channel clients. Guide client to do product selection and setup. 3. Hold the product training. Improve the cctv technical knowledge of clients. Facilitate the clients to accept certificated product training. 4. Gather clients’ and market’s technical requirement and feedback to the company. Keep following the improvement and refinement solution from the company to clients. 5. Assist with the project’s technical requirement. Analyze SI clients’ need and help to set up the demo. Finish bidding document and avoid technical bug as part of project support team. 6. Promote brands with marketing teams. Deeply introduce the technical advantage of brand to stimulate sales. Requirement : 7. Experience in CCTV, IT or other related telecommunicate and security industry is preferred. 8. Good communication skills and excellent customer service skills are needed. 9. In depth knowledge of sniff, NSOM, software upgrade.10. Good English verbal and written skills. 11. Be ready for business travel.12. Strong passion and positive work attitude
