Api & Integration Architect

Vestas Global IT is investing heavily in transforming processes and integrations with customers and suppliers.

We are currently advancing our two-speed IT platform improving process automation and a productive mobile workforce.

Here is the API & App team that is end-to-end and responsible for enterprise API management and mobile apps.

Together with this team of highly skilled architects, you will bring the Vestas' wide Integration and API management initiative by collaborating with stakeholders across the company.

You will be accountable from the initial hunting down opportunities utilizing IT together with colleagues in our business units to design, deliver and operate these solutions together with our external sourcing partners.

• Responsibilities

Your primary area of responsibility is within Technical architecture design ranging from Integration, Security, Cloud and Process orchestration.

You will be implementing interfaces using design patterns, development guidelines and standards set up by Vestas.

Moreover, your responsibilities include :

Define technical integration architectures with a focus on specific integration technologies / services

Define overall integration architecture and solution for projects

Definition and communication of patterns, templates, and best practices

Responsible to define platform security and aligning with IT security and updating guidelines accordingly

Accountable for integration design pattern therefore default reviewer of integration design patterns

You have a relevant technical degree e.g.

M.Sc.

in Computer Science (IT)

SAP ABAP development experience

1 - 3 years of documented API Management experience (SAP BTP API Management or Kong Enterprise or other similar tools)

Documented Azure Integration development experiences (Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Event Platform)

Cloud governance experience from SAP BTP and Microsoft Azure.

Architectural Integration design skills following integration patterns

Documented security architecture design skills
