Personal / Executive Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day and high-level support to our executive / manager. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and assisting with both administrative and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
• Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and business activities
• Maintain filing systems and manage confidential records
• Assist with personal tasks and drive the executive to appointments / events when required
