Qualifications

At least High School / Senior High School graduate

6 months to 1 year BPO experience (billing, tech, or sales background is a plus)

With Certificate of Employment (COE) for verification

B2 CEFR English proficiency – excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident and customer-focused attitude

Willing to work on-site in Davao City
