In this role, you’ll be the go‑to expert for travelers, providing exceptional customer service and support through chat, email, and voice in our 24 / 7 operations.

Qualifications

• College, High School Diploma (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
• 1‑2 years experience with GDS tools, preferably Sabre and / or Amadeus .
• A passion for customer service and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on shifting schedules.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Ayala Southpark, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
• Availability to start immediately.
