The Lubes Warehouse Dispatcher for Mabini will be responsible in checking approved orders, creating delivery documents, inspecting loaded orders, and monitoring trucks and orders. He will be instrumental in the operations by recording and monitoring inventory movements. How will you Fuel a Better Future through this specific role? 1. Processes and documents all approved orders.2. Handles shipping in the system of all released orders.3. Updates dispatch reports.4. Coordinates with respective departments regarding issues / concerns pertinent to status of lubes deliveries.5. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in engineering or with background in warehousing
• At least a year of experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Computer literate ; knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, web-based Google Workspace, and other communication tools
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, problem solving skills, adaptability, ability to work with a team
• Realistic Job Preview : (1) will work on shifting schedule (2) will work on extended working hours including weekends and holidays, as needed (3) ready to change work location
• Identified candidate must be physically fit to work
• Must be from Batangas and / or willing to be assigned in Seaoil Mabini Terminal / Depot
