AU RTO LMS & Systems Administrator (aXcelerate) -  Remote

Background

We’re PeoplePartners, and we’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed LMS & Systems Administrator to support one of our amazing RTO clients. You’ll help bring their online learning to life—ensuring students and trainers alike have a seamless, glitch-free experience.

About the Role

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes superhero keeping the aXcelerate LMS humming. From uploading SCORM files to managing SharePoint structures, this role touches every part of the learning journey and internal systems.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the technical setup of online classes, assessments, SCORMs & Rise 360 modules.
  • Set up and manage user roles and permissions across cohorts.
  • Triage and resolve LMS help desk tickets for students and trainers.
  • Maintain system folder structure and version control with ninja-like precision.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tools : Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Support updates to the staff intranet and ensure smooth access.

Requirements

About YOU

  • You’re a curious tech doer with a love of structure. You get a kick out of version control and solving why someone can’t see their class. You love working solo but know when to loop others in.
  • About YOUR Work History

  • You’ve set up classes in aXcelerate or similar platforms.
  • You’ve wrangled SCORMs, LMS logins, and tricky multimedia uploads.
  • You’ve been the go-to for SharePoint or Teams issues.
  • Bonus : you’ve worked in an RTO or eLearning environment.
  • Key Responsibilities YOU Can’t Wait to Do

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in LMS content uploads.
  • Troubleshoot access issues before anyone even reports them.
  • Keep Microsoft 365 humming for a remote team.
  • Monitor and resolve help desk tickets like a support ninja.

  • Speed of class setup (within 2 days).
  • Accuracy of content uploads and tagging (99%+).
  • Resolution of help desk queries (95% resolved independently).
  • Uptime and accessibility of staff systems.
