Job Description :
Oversee daily production operations, including workflow, schedules, and troubleshooting, while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
Plan manpower and material requirements based on daily planned outputs.
Safeguard and review production documents for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure proper machine operation, cost-efficiency, and coordinate repairs.
Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions by monitoring performance and working with HR on evaluation and discipline.
Communicate goals clearly and provide support, tools, and motivation to frontline production staff.
Coach, train, and develop team members for technical and leadership growth.
Job Specifications : Education :
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Food Technology, or any related academic field.
Experience :
At least 2 years of proven work experience in production, preferably in FMCG or the Food industry.
Technical Skills :
Strong foundation in production processes, inventory control, production scheduling, and personnel management.
Skilled in reviewing production logs, batch records, and quality checklists to ensure compliance and traceability.
Working knowledge of lean tools, waste reduction practices, and workplace organization methodologies.
Familiarity with production standards and principles like Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, Food Safety, and production planning.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP / MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
