KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The DIRECTOR OF REVENUES is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue across leasing, event sales, and other revenue streams and at the same time responsible for marketing and branding of the company. This position oversees and integrates all aspects of sales strategy, marketing initiatives, pricing optimization, and revenue generation across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties, as well as corporate, social, and academic events. This position plays a critical role in shaping revenue-focused decisions, driving occupancy, increasing event bookings, and enhancing brand visibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement integrated revenue strategies to drive leasing and events income across multiple asset types, increase lead generation, and hit target sales.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze market data, and adjust pricing and sales tactics to maximize profitability.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting for leasing and events in alignment with company growth targets.
Sales Oversight (Leasing & Events)
Lead sales teams handling leasing for commercial, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use developments.Oversee event sales for corporate functions, social gatherings, and academic institution bookings.Establish strategic partnerships with brokers, corporate clients, academic institutions, and event organizers.Design and execute lead generation campaigns and ensure seamless CRM utilization and sales pipeline tracking.Marketing Leadership
Develop marketing plans to promote property leasing and event spaces, with a focus on digital, content-driven, and data-informed strategies.Manage branding, promotional campaigns, social media presence, and advertising initiatives to support revenue goals.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and media agencies to produce compelling marketing materials tailored to diverse markets.Conduct market studies to understand market trends and market competition.Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with property management, operations, and finance to align leasing strategies and event logistics with broader business goals.Ensure smooth handoff between marketing, sales, and operations for both tenant onboarding and event execution.Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for a multidisciplinary team.Performance Monitoring
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure sales & marketing effectiveness.Monitor and analyze performance data to track progress, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization and champion sales & marketing initiatives at all levels.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree.Candidate must have at least five years of experience in a sales & marketing or related role, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in leasing and events sales and marketing.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Experience in implementing customer experience technologies and tools is a plus.Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google Workspace.Has the ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management.Is able to work independently and well in a fast-paced environment.WORK SCHEDULE
