Position : Recruiting Specialist
Work Schedule : Shift starts in the afternoon PH time up to early morning ET.
Employment Set-up : Remote (Independent Contractor)
Employment Type : Full-Time / Long Term / Permanent Work from Home
Salary Range : Starting at USD 800 - 1,000 / Month
Benefit : 10 PTO and HMO after a 120-day probationary period
Pay-out Frequency : Semi-monthly

Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our growing Recruitment team. This role plays a key part in sourcing top talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities :
- Create job postings and advertisements across various social media platforms to attract top Filipino talent for all Wingz hiring needs.
- Source, connect, and actively engage targeted candidates across multiple job platforms for both specialized and general roles.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and evaluate candidate video introductions.
- Facilitate phone interviews or Zoom video interviews with a target of 8–10 applicants per day.
- Write and present candidate profiles to hiring managers in a clear and structured format.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates and communication via the ATS.
- Ensure a transparent, professional, and fast hiring process experience for candidates.
Collaborate with team leads and management to continuously improve recruitment strategies, processes, and conversion results.
Remain tech-savvy, data-driven, and proficient in recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS systems.Requirements
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years full-cycle recruitment experience.Strong sourcing techniques and deep experience in placing both tech and non-tech roles.Experience conducting mass interviews with focus on assessing skills, qualifications, and behavioral traits.Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.Proven track record of delivering results under high pressure, tight timelines, and aggressive hiring targets.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to adapt fast to new platforms, tools, and processes.Must be able to start immediately.
