Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts and support strategic hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job description and strategic recruitment plan.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen candidate assessment processes by providing guidance, mentoring and supporting the development of evaluation tools and techniques.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop strong employer branding strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring dashboards to present to HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity hiring practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience.At least 5 years of proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate or in a high-volume environmentStrong understanding of techniques and recruitment toolsSkilled in conducting competency- based interviews to assess behavioral and technical fit aligned with role requirements.Excellence interpersonal and communication skillsAdept at working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
