Job Overview

We’re seeking a   hands-on, technically adept Digital Project Manager   to join our global team and support our growing portfolio of US-based pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You’ll report directly to the   Chairman   while working within the Company's global PM function — acting as the key bridge between   US clients   and   UK / European delivery teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong grasp of   Veeva systems, CRM, and digital marketing workflows.

About the Role

You’ll manage digital marketing projects within   Veeva, primarily focused on   email template creation, eDetails, and other digital assets. You’ll ensure projects are accurately scoped, clearly briefed, and ready for design, development, and QA teams by the start of the UK morning.

Working fully remotely on   Eastern Time (EST)   hours, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration and overnight project handovers between the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the   primary point of contact   for US clients during EST hours, gathering, clarifying, and translating requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage end-to-end production   of Veeva email templates, eDetails, and digital deliverables — ensuring compliance with pharma / regulatory standards and brand consistency.
• Use   ClickUp   (and other tools) to plan, schedule, and track tasks across design, development, and QA teams.
• Perform quality assurance   and troubleshoot minor technical issues — including directly editing   HTML / CSS   where needed to accelerate delivery.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams across   Slack,   Google Workspace, and   Figma, maintaining alignment and clarity across time zones.
• Report directly to the Chairman for priorities and project updates, ensuring timely visibility on progress and challenges.
• Apply a   digital marketing and CRM mindset   — understanding how assets fit into larger customer engagement and campaign strategies.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For : We’re looking for a proactive, digitally fluent project manager who can think strategically while remaining technically hands-on. You should be equally comfortable managing client communications, writing clear briefs, and jumping into HTML code to make small fixes. Must-Have Qualifications : 2–4 years of digital project management or production coordination experience, ideally within pharma, healthcare, or regulated digital environments. Proven experience managing Veeva-based projects (or similar CMS / workflow platforms). Solid understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing workflows, and campaign delivery. Strong technical literacy in HTML / CSS, with the ability to make small code adjustments independently. Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — for client-facing interaction. Experience working with or supplying to large organizations or enterprise-level clients (e.g., major pharma or multinational brands). Strong organizational and multitasking skills; confident using tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Figma, and Google Workspace. Willingness and ability to work full-time during EST hours (6–10 PM UK / 1–5 PM EST). Nice to Have : Experience with Veeva PromoMats or Veeva CRM Email Approvals. Background in digital marketing agencies or pharma communications. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and structured feedback / review processes. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to “think on your feet.”
