Licensed Pharmacist & Procurement Specialist (Based in Lucena, Full-Time)

Job Description

• Liaise with the local Health Authorities (i.e. FDA, ETC)
• Registered Pharmacist and handle all regulatory-related transactions with FDA
• Assist the Country Head in monitoring and tracking of company license
• Coordinate with concerned business units and head offices in matters about the registration / concerns of existing and new products
• Prompt preparation and compilation of additional regulatory requirements in support of Marketing thrusts and directions
• Issue requested authenticated Certificates of Product Registration to business units for inclusion in hospital formulates and bidding purposes
• Process License to Operate and Certificate of Product Registration at FDA;
• Handle all the concerns of the products
• Negotiation & team up with head office and local department
• Monitor and ensure that FDA regulations are followed, observed and comply.
• Perform other duties that are deemed necessary
• Thorough review the product of registration of dossier before submitting to FDA
• Ensuring that the dossier application is accepted during the Pre-Assessment Manage a team of support specialists
• Manage supplier sourcing and procurement activities, including identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the purchasing process.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and high-quality products.
• Monitor market trends and manage inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
