Full job descriptionGraduate of a technical / vocational course in facilities management, building maintenance, or any related field.At least 1 year of relevant experience in building and facilities maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to supervise maintenance staffGood verbal and written communication skills.TESDA NC II (e.g., Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Plumbing, etc.) is an advantage.
