The Workforce and Assignment Intern supports the Workforce and Assignment Administrators to provide world class HR operational and transactional services to the organization.
The role will report to the Workforce and Assignment Lead (C1) and will work closely to other Workforce and Assignment Administrators.
- Key Deliverables
- Supports WFA Admin for the effective and efficient delivery of simple HR SSC services in line with existing policies and procedures all while meeting established KPI's and SLA's
- Processes HR transactions in Fusion
- Work on manual data entry, update, correction and creation of letter.
- Demonstrate empathy to the colleague's situation and speaks in a manner / tone the colleague can understand and relate with
- Supports change programs and initiatives.
