Qualification
Graduate of Management, Real Estate, or Business Administration course.
At least two years experience in transacting with BIR, Register of Deeds, HLURB, DENR, OBO, and local government units
Experience in processing of title and tax declaration transfers.
Knowledgeable in processing in electronic certificate authorizing registration
Can deal with all types of personalities
Computer-savvy and well-versed in MS Word and Excel
Analytical, diligent, and goal-oriented.
