One of the world’s largest manufacturers and leading Company, operating with different countries.

Position: Japanese Human Resource Specialist
Salary: P 80,000 to P 120,000 (with 1 month salary bonus)
Work arrangement: work from home
Industry: Shared Services
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Schedule: 5 days (Monday to Fridays -9am to 6pm)

Requirements:
Japanese speakers (Filipino or Japanese nationals)
Candidates carrying JLPT N1 or JLPT N2 (No Certification required)
Candidates who are degree holders is a must
Be graduate of any course
Open to candidates who has worked in shared services or FMCG, or any International global firms
Candidates must know how to speak English – conversational only

Responsibilities:
They have to coordinate with the Japanese employees from Japan branch
They will receive calls from Japanese counterparts
They will need to take calls and Answer emails from internal employees
They will promote and do evaluation of employee performance
They will explain promotion and salary increases and benefits to the employee
They will update employee master data
