Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and order details
Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide clear and correct information
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences Who We’re Looking For :
At least a high school graduate (old or new curriculum); college undergraduates are welcome
Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required
Willing to work on-site and attend in-person interviews
