Job Title: US Tax Accountant

We are seeking a US Tax Accountant to manage multi-state tax compliance and support our financial operations. This role involves preparing reports, analyzing tax issues, and working closely with auditors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with multi-state sales and use tax regulations.
Perform general ledger account reconciliations related to tax.
Conduct product taxability analysis to support business operations.
Communicate with internal and external auditors regarding sales, use, and rental tax issues.
Prepare monthly tax reports for various state and local government agencies.
Lead or support special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in US tax accounting, particularly sales and use tax.
Familiarity with multi-state tax regulations and filings.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and handle tax-related inquiries.
Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
