JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.Receipt and Issuance of Supplies and Materials and Semi-expendable properties; 2.Submission & consolidation of Monthly RSMI to Accounting Section of seven (7) Centers; 3.Updating and monitoring of Supplies and Materials records through stock card, Bin Card and Database; 4.Submission of Inventory of Supplies & Materials Report (every July 31 & January 31; 5.Submission of PO, DR/SI and IAR to COA and Accounting Section every after delivery (Partial or complete); 6.Updating and monitoring of Stock Number series in the google drive. 7.Consolidation & Submission of Donations received of seven (7) Centers 8.Reconciliation of Supplies and Materials with Accounting Section 9.PO tracking and follow-up with suppliers regarding the delivery of supplies.
