QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF
- Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related field.
- Must have at least one (1) year working experience in a quality assurance within food manufacturing industry
- Must be keen to details, can handle work pressure (especially those related to job), and can work with people from various functional areas.
- Ability to work independently and in detail-oriented
- With strong ability to analyze data and identify quality issues
- Must have strong communication skills
- Training in HACCP and GMP is an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities :
Oversee production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Perform regular checking of production lines and facilities to identify and address potential quality issuesMaintain accurate records of inspections, tests and audits.Identify non-conformities to implement corrective and preventive measuresEnsure all process comply with food safety standardsPerform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.Work Schedule : MONDAY to SATURDAY SHIFTING SCEHDULE (8 hrs + OT)
