AU Mortgage Loan Processor (Remote)

About the Role
You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring mortgage applications are submitted smoothly, accurately, and on time.You'll :Convert PDF data from Mystro Fact Finds into Infynity (Finsure).Finalize applications and complete SOCA documentation.Accurately enter applications into ApplyOnline to mirror broker data.Generate Credit Quotes and SOCA forms.Verify income and expenses (yes, including HEMs!), upload docs, and prep files for submission.Order valuations and property reports.Do final checks and upload all docs to ApplyOnline when ready.Your Key Responsibilities :
Maintain compliance with lender and client regulations.Ensure zero errors in data transfer and document handling.Meet agreed turnaround times and internal SLAs.Support brokers in getting fast, clean approvals.Requirements
About YOU
You’ve got at least 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.You know how to handle compliance, documents, and Australian lending systems.You're comfortable juggling multiple files without dropping a detail.You take pride in being dependable and deadline-ready.About YOUR Work History
You've worked with Infynity / Finsure or similar CRMs.You’re confident using ApplyOnline.You’ve dealt with brokers, income docs, credit quotes, and submission portals.You know how to chase clarity without chaos.About the Culture YOU Thrive In
