Required Experience :
・The candidate with extensive experience in project sales for major developers within the building materials and housing equipment industry, including HVAC, kitchen systems, and lighting.
・The candidate with sales experience working with conglomerate developers and major architectural firms.
・The candidate with basic knowledge of construction and architecture (including insights into construction processes) and proficiency in English and Tagalog.
・The candidate with basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and other similar applications.

Job Description :
・Built and leveraged strong relationships with key decision-makers at major conglomerate developers, successfully securing the Company's product specifications for new large-scale projects such as luxury condominiums, hotels, and commercial facilities.
・Deeply involved from the planning stage of projects, taking the lead in providing optimal product proposals tailored to client needs, preparing quotations, conducting price negotiations, and overseeing the entire process through to contract and delivery.
・Established relationships with architectural and design firms that include renowned architects and interior designers, promoting the value of the Company brand and securing continuous product specifications.
・Collaborated with existing distributors by providing information sharing and support to facilitate smooth approaches to developers and architectural firms.
・Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
・Analyze sales performance and report the results to the Philippine sales office and the regional headquarters.
