Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainor.-Developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team.-Have a strong background in sales methodologies, coaching, and training delivery, ensuring our sales representatives are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.-Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and leadership training.-Assess training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and collaboration with sales managers.-Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques.
