Directly reporting to Assistant Store Manager >

Act as a Store Head in the absence of Store Manager >

Creating sales goals >

Managing inventory >

Supervise and training staff >

Assist and develop good customer relationships >

Excellent communication and organizational skills >

Strong leadership and people management skills >

Responsible for opening and closing the store >

Manage store's cash and check sales collections for deposit and assume custodianship of store funds such as loose change fund and petty cash fund
