Store Supervisor

Directly reporting to Zone Head / Area Head>

Act as a Store Head in the absence of Store Manager>

Creating sales goals>

Managing inventory>

Supervise and training staff>

Assist and develop good customer relationships>

Excellent communication and organizational skills>

Strong leadership and people management skills>

Responsible for opening and closing the store>

Manage store's cash and check sales collections for deposit and assume custodianship of store funds such as loose change fund and petty cash fund
